Dear Ms R Smith,

The official records of the International Government Administration Office for Scotland tell us that you turn twenty-five years of age before 31st December 2107. As you will be aware, from January 1st to March 31st each year every Citizen between the ages of twenty-five and eighty-five must, by law, comply with all regulations regarding The Useless Citizen Act.

An abridged version of the regulations of the Act is as follows:

Every Citizen must be officially employed and able to support themselves as an individual unit without any Governmental or familial support.
